Jewelry’s Joo Yeon and Eun Jung become online shopping mall CEOs

Jewelry’s Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung have transformed into CEOs for their online shopping mall MODN.

Joo Yeon and Eun Jung have been well-known as fashionistas in the celebrity realm.

They recently opened up an online shopping mall called MODN and will be working alongside the Korean clothing business, APM Korea.

They are displaying their unique fashion through this online shopping mall by personally hand picking the items and coordinating them.

The online mall has garnered hot attention from netizens, especially through MODN’s promotion video arranged by a professional staff.

Customers have commented, “Fashionable group Jewelry,” “It’s good to see a different side to them from before,” “Ha Joo Yeon has extreme honey hips!”

As soon as they opened the online shopping mall, Jewelry explained their purpose, “This mall is not only intended to promote using the celebrity’s name but it also an attempt to experiment with the blend between fashion and art.”

Shin Se Kyung reveals more of her Hawaiian moments

2PM Taecyeon, Super Junior Choi Siwon, CN Blue Jung Yonghwa will jump rope in the middle of the night.

The three people who are receiving great praises as an actor will film an episode of "Win Win" on the 17th at Seoul Yeouido KBS Hall when a game between South Korea and Argentina opens.

The three of them received favorable reviews with their unexpected acting skills from the following drama, Taecyeon with KBS 2TV "Cinderella Unni," Siwon with SBS "Oh! My Lady," and Jung Yonghwa with SBS "You are Beautiful" last year. Taecyeon received attention as a Kyungsangdo man who has a crush on Moon Geunyoung in the drama, Choi Siwon and Jung Yonghwa each received popularity by transforming into a rough flower boy star and a gentleman who steals women's hearts.

A staff of "Win Win" said on the 15th, "they will reveal their stories of hardship they experience while they were acting and talk about behind the scene stories. Because of the time allotted for filming, we are unable to watch the game against Argentina."

Meanwhile, the three stars are planning to move to a place in Seoul after the filming to accomplish their mission of jump roping. The staffs said, "the jump rope mission will start at midnight, but since that will be right after the game ends, we believe that many people will gather."

Jay Park and B.o.B to release digital single

Back in March, famous actor/singer Jay Park opened his official YouTube account and posted up a cover of B.o.B’s Nothin’ On You. The video was racking hundreds of thousands of views by the hour, and now stands at over 4.8 million views.

With his cover garnering much interest from people all around the world, it was known that B.o.B was getting much attention solely from Jay Park. With that said, B.o.B’s hit song Nothin’ On You reached the peak spot of #1 on the Top 100 Billboards Chart almost instantly after the video was posted online.

It is now known that B.o.B will officially collab with Jay Park. On the 15th, Warner Music Korea announced that Jay Park will be featured on B.o.B’s Nothin’ On You track singing vocals, while B.o.B will continue to do the rapping. The stars will be returning to Korea, where the duet single will be released.

Though little information has been revealed at the moment, expect to see more after Jay Park finishes filming Hype Nation and releasing his own single, Demon.

[News] Jay to feature in BOB’s Nothing On You for Korean duet single release

After withdrawing from popular group 2PM, Jaebum will be returning to Korea with American pop star B.O.B for a duet single release.

According to Warner Music Korea on the 15th, Jaebum will be a vocal featuring on his hit track, 'Nothing On You.'

In the original track, BOB raps and Bruno Mass sings the vocals. However, in the digital single set to be released in Korea, Jaebum will be singing the vocal part along with BOB's rap. 

Warner Music Korea explained that Jaebum's featuring was made possible by music distribution company, Warner Music America's Asian counterpart, SEA. 

Jaebum earned 4.6 million hits on his cover uploaded on his personal youtube channel and Warner Music SEA took notice. BOB's song actually earned greater fame within the country and helped increase the sales.

Warner Music SEA stated, "Through the video, we were able to confirm his many talents and passions. He's got a lot of different skills with a large fanbase. He'll grow to be a global artist."

A celebrity associate stated, "Jaebum's received a lot of offers for fan meetings and drama appearances but they are still in discussion. Jaebum, however, does not seem interested in signing on to a separate contract with a Korean management."


Jaebum's featuring version of Nothin On You will be released June 15th first in Korea and then globally.

Tokyo Beat Riot by akai SKY EP with Special Feature!!

U.S.-based Japanese rock band, akai SKY, debutes their very first original recorded album with the four-track EP titled Tokyo Beat Riot, today. JrockRevolution.com has taken the opportunity to provide a review to give readers some insight into the San Francisco based band.

Tokyo Beat Riot Track List:
1) Saccharine
2) BINETSU
3) YUUHI
4) NEON

(All lyrics are written by the bands vocalist, Ryuusei.)

The EP boasts a nice blend of varying rock sounds from vintage American that fluctuates between rockabilly and classic hard rock to the more  modern alternative, punk and Japanese rock influences.  And, as with many Jrock band releases, the lyrics are all in Japanese with the occasional bit of English tossed in.

The first track, Saccharine (written by Jinra), is a solid start to the EP, bringing about an energetic and fun atmosphere that is easily enjoyable and quite catchy. The song expresses feelings of being hopelessly addicted to someone and leads the way to a promising compilation of songs to come.

BINETSU (written by Hayashi), has a solid rhythm section, and the opening chords are nicely done. It’s heavy, aggressive and aims to build up tension just before releasing it. Though, the occasional stops and starts do leave it feeling slightly disjointed. The song does feature guitar and bass counter melodies and a fairly intense outro, but the definite high points are the bass and guitar work in the bridge.

Probably the strongest track on this release, YUUHI (Written by Ryuusei), is a power ballad about missing people that are far away. All of the band’s elements are in harmony, particularly in the opening which starts out gentle, leads into a powerful chorus and slides into a passionate guitar solo. This is also the best display of vocals, showing more strength and versatility than heard in the other tracks.

Of the three up-tempo songs, NEON (written by Umi) is the strongest. It has a more free spirited feeling then the other two tracks, incorporating rockabilly and pop punk with a strong use of syncopated rhythms. It is the type of track one might find on a road trip playlist to keep the mood upbeat and lively.

Overall, this release is catchy, lively, and brought a smile to the reviewers’ faces. Though not to say it is perfect through and through; the vocals were weak at times in respect to pitch and there were the few occasions where the drums felt a bit off. Did this detract from the music? Not really. The release is a solid display of composition, which is the bands definite strong point.

It can only get better from here, as the band shows great potential and has done a wonderful job for their first release.

Tokyo Beat Riot is available at akaisky website through the Bandcamp platform. The full digital album and the individual tracks are available to fans for download with a name-your-own-price model. Fans can also purchase a CD version of Tokyo Beat Riot, which includes a four-page booklet with lyrics and full-color photos, for $5 USD plus shipping and handling.

SS501 member Kim Hyun Joong could not stop laughing at Super Junior HeeChul's humor.

SS501 appeared in last SBS Radio Power FM 'Kim Heechul Young Street', has offered a witty joke which to take pride to make the listeners laugh.

When to the time SS501 songs and ads on air, DJ Heechul made a joke which made a big laugh out of the group members. In particular Kim Hyun Joong, whose did not prepare spirit and the features of laughing was put in to the photograph, opened to the public.

Kim Hyun Joong who is convulsed with laughter could not stop laughing fell from a chair, it seemed like he was even laughing to faint. This situation continued after the broadcast begin that he could not stop laughing and with the members who are broadcasting had to fall from a distance.

Hyun Joong's continuously laugh. The netizens who are facing his laughing photograph responded "The laugh which will faint fans", "Hyun Joong's belly laugh", "I do not know the content (of the joke) but see you laughing, I want to laugh with you".

Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong who belonged to SS501 has been working with the new song "Love Ya". And the DJ Kim Heechul as a member of Super Junior has been being active in "BONOMANA", reported appeaing in various arts and entertainment programs to turn audience to laugher.

Kim Hyun-Joong voted #1 to lead Mischievous Kiss

Group Eight, who produced Korean version of the hit drama Boys Before Flowers in Korean version, recently announced that they will produce a Korean version of Mischievous Kiss. Mischievious Kiss is a popular Japanese comic that rivals Boys Before Flowers and the drama version of the comic already had been created in Japan and Taiwan. (sound familiar?)

Kim Hyun-Joong was voted as the best person to take the lead role in the new drama by the fans, followed by SS501 Kim Hyung-Joon, Jang Geun-Suk, Super Junior Choi Si-Won, and Kim Bum. The drama will start filming on early July and is scheduled to be aired on Fall 2010.

Jae-Bum and B.O.B. collaborating together

Good news for fans of Jae-Bum (a.k.a. Jay Park)! Warner Brothers Korea reported that Jay Park will be returing to Korea with a duet single with America’s pop star B.O.B (Bobby Ray). Jae-Bum will be singing vocal of the remastered version of Nothin’ On You that will be released in Korea on June 15th.

Still the public is worried about Jae-Bum’s comeback to Korea’s music industry. They say that Jae-Bum must provide answers to the reasons behind his departure from Korea and 2PM before he can make a comeback to the industry. Meanwhile, Jae-Bum is scheduled to comeback to Korea along with staff members of Hype Nation on middle of this month.

Lee Dong Gun enlists in the army

Actor Lee Dong Gun (29) has enlisted himself in the army on June 15th where he will receive five weeks of basic military training under Chuncheon 102 Support Group as a recruit. Thereafter, he will be assigned to another unit where he will serve for the next two years as an active soldier.

A close associate revealed yesterday, “Lee Dong Gun had terminated all his activities before his enlistment and has been preparing for the army while on hiatus. He is entering at a later date than most people so he only told those that he is closest with about this, in order not to create a ruckus.”

Lee Dong Gun expressed, “I am sorry for the late announcement but I did not want to create a ruckus about my enlistment. I have spent the last few days with my family and last night with my friends. I will work hard and look forward to a new experience. I hope my fans can wait for my return in two years time.”

Lee Dong Gun had postponed his initial enlistment last July due to health reasons. His last drama was When It’s At Night in 2008 opposite Kim Sun Ah.

[NEWS] TOP will not promote “Turn It Up”, Big Show 2010 DVD will be out on October 23rd

On June 15th a teaser of TOP's "Turn It Up" was publicly available online after YG Entertainment released a teaser to the public through an online teaser video. TOP is expected to show a variety of different charms in his luxurious suits and accessories.

YG Ent. stated "Turn It Up" was first shown to the public earlier this year in a surprise at the BIG BANG 2010 BIG SHOW Concert to commemorate the formal disclosure of the sale of Big Bang's 2010 Big Show Live album which will be released on October 23rd, 2010."

YG stated "TOP participated in composing the lyrics to the impressive song "Turn It Up" with a heave bass of hip-hop beats."

TOP's "Turn It Up" full song and music video will be released online through music site on June 21st. But regarding the music activities, there are not any plans of promotions for TOP.

No promotions? but it's such a good song! Well I guess after everyone has seen the fancam of the whole song it wouldn't have such a big impact right? It's better to just wait for TOP to have his own solo album or mini album. And at last the Big Show 2010 DVD!!

After School’s UEE criticized for having belly fat

It looks like After School’s UEE is the next target of netizens, as pictures of her promoting Bang! were recently uploaded to an After School-based online community.

Netizens have been quite harsh with her, exclaiming that they were shocked with her failed weight control and how Uee does nothing to stop the weight gain. Though cruel, netizens also defended the singer-turned-actress by saying the photos could have simply been edited by an anti-fan.

UEE is currently busy filming a drama Birdie Buddy, and some staff on-set commented saying “While shooting, a vigorous workout for the golfers is sometimes required. Though fully dedicated to what she (UEE) does, compared to the others, she seems just a bit overweight.”

T-Ae (Rania) sera la soeur de Jay Park dans le film Hype Nation

Rania est un groupe composé de sept membres étant coréennes, chinoises et thaïlandaises. Le groupe peut parler anglais, japonais, chinois et thaï. Le groupe a déjà signé des contrats avec des produits cosmétiques et des uniformes scolaires assurant leur avenir. Rania prévoit de faire ses débuts en septembre 2010 en commençant par la Corée, suivie par Thaïlande et enfin la Chine. Les États-Unis ne sont pas oubliés puisque c’est Teddy Riley qui s’en occupera. Depuis de nombreuses semaines, le doute planait pour savoir qui prendrait le rôle de la sœur de Jay Park pour le film Hype Nation. Le film basé sur la dance hip-hop sera entièrement en 3D. Le nom du groupe a été créé par Teddy Riley lui-même, qui produira également le groupe. Les autres filles auront également des rôles dans le film mais moins important que celui de T-Ae.  Cette dernière à déclaré: Je suis très heureuse de faire me lancer dans le cinéma dans un film Hollywoodien avant même mes débuts.je sais que c’est une grande opportunité d’avoir été choisi pour ce film. Je ferai de mon mieux.

It’s definitely long overdue, but it’s because we wanted it to be absolutely perfect. And although nothing is ever perfect, we’ve gotten it to a point where we felt it was finally ready to go public.

On a recent cable program show, After School performed their latest hit "Bang!" this time with UEE present and netizens have been posting photo's of UEE on online community bulletin boards.

Netizens pointed out the significant weight gain of UEE that showed in her belly.

Although some commented she gained weight, netizens also voiced out on the contrary, "She wore unusually tight pants, it's more striking because of UEE's tight shorts", "She doesn't look chubby, she has a slim figure and even has a muscular look".

Park Se Mi of Superstar K joins Jewelry

For god knows how long, we’ve all been awaiting for senior girl-group Jewelry to pick their replacement members ever since the beginning of 2010. Fans were already aware that two new members will be joining Jewelry much soon, to replace Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young who’ve bid their farewells to the group in early January.

Today, it’s been announced that Park Se Mi has been chosen to be Jewelry’s newest member. For those who don’t know, Park Se Mi has gained much fame for her participation in Superstar K Season 1, as one of the Top 10 finalists.

A related source revealed, “Park Se Mi is flawless to become Jewelry’s new member. Not only is she talented, but she is very passionate. She is currently going through preparations with Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung.”

In addition, Star Empire Entertainment tells us that Jewelry will be “reborn” with brand new members to officially make their comeback as early as this August. The company also indicated that one more member will be added soon.

Yoo Jae Suk to return to SBS Good Sunday

Last month, we reported that SBS and MBC, two of Korea’s top networking stations, were at war for one man: Yoo Jae Suk. After much negotiations, the nation’s MC and funny man is set to return to SBS’s Good Sunday.

So why all the fuss over one man? Well, he’s Yoo Jae flipping Suk. He was voted and awarded the top entertainer and #1 MC in all of Korea and the only man who is on a equal footing to him at the moment is Kang Ho Dong.

The network has revealed that Yoo Jae Suk will helm a new show in the Good Sunday program line-up. Though no details have been revealed about the show’s concept, Yoo Jae Suk is said to be a part of the regular cast and act as the main MC.

This will be his first return to a SBS program in almost 5 months after taking a hiatus from Family Outing earlier this year, to prepare for the arrival of his baby son.

After Interviews in the Philippines whether he was asked if he has Filipino blood, Xander was pretty much clueless and even said, "I'll get my blood checked". The Filipino media speculated that he is part Filipino because of his family name "Eusebio" and also his Filipino characteristics such as his face and his tone as well.

In their first full concert held yesterday, Xander explained at the end part of their concert his Filipino blood, his explanation was pretty funny :))

[News] 2NE1’s whirlwind of activities for the past two weeks

Months of not seeing 2NE1 on music shows is causing melancholy in every Blackjack's heart. The girls have been gone for so long that their quirky presence on stage is now being sorely missed by fans. In the past two weeks, though, the foursome did not fail in giving us little surprises that were more than enough to feed our hunger.

To kick off June, 2NE1 performed their hit songs in Seojong Center Performing Arts. Just a day after, they headed to Jeju Island's Great CJ Only One Camp for another amazing stage. Dara attacked her fans with Me2Days featuring a very summer-y 2NE1 parading around the world-famous island and through the photos, she displayed her driving skills as she took over the wheel of their rented BMW, with the three girls joyfully tagging along.


During their stay in the island, the girls also experienced a yacht tour with MNET cameras predictably still on their tail, exponentially increasing the possibilities of a second season of the phenomenally successful 2NE1TV.

The four YG ladies left the island on the fifth of June but leaving did not mean the end of activities. YGE granted us a rare television appearance by none other than Dara. She came as a special guest for Goo Hye Sun's stint on Win Win. She graced the show and impressed both Hye Sun and the program's hosts with her various charms. Even SNSD's resident cutie, Taeyeon, had nothing but praises for our very own lovable dork. On the same day, 2NE1 also gave their YG brother, TOP, support for his movie, Into the Fire. And quite unusually, the four girls appeared in public once again the following day to gift Black Jacks with more live performances, at an event held at Garden 5.
Three days after this series of events, a picture of an injured Dara worried fans everywhere. She stated in her Me2Day that she suffered from a second degree burn while cooking her favorite ramyeon snack. Good thing leader "CL-roo" was there to provide some TLC. Though still sporting a bandaged finger, maknae wanna-be Dara and real maknae, Minji, succeeded in bringing on the cuteness for their Happy Point stage, leaving the task to show the smexy on to Bom and CL who both wore short shorts for the said event.

The support for South Korean athletes does not end here for 2NE1. On June 13th, the unnies impressed not only baseball fans but also hungry Blackjacks when they showed up to pitch for the Lotte Giants. As expected with the Park Sisters, both still looked great despite publicly sporting baseball uniforms for the first time.

What was not expected though is a guerilla performance from all four girls right after Dara and Bom's pitching for the Giants. For their first ever guerrilla performance, the girls wore similar outfits from their first 11st CF while performing Fire, I Don't Care, Let's Go Party and the maknaes' powerful Please Don't Go. Gift-giving seems to be the trend for 2NE1 this month as they are reportedly filming another ad for online shopping mall, 11st. Also, it looks like the girls will start their overseas promotions in earnest soon. They recently were interviewed by Thai media giant GMM Grammy. Check out CL's AMAZING english.


It is highly uncommon for the girls to be so active as these past two weeks. Black Jacks all over the world are feeling tremendously well-fed. Now, all we need is an actual comeback or at least a confirmation for 2NE1TV season 2. Once these wishes are granted, we will all be celebrating here on YGLadies so make sure not to miss out on all the fun.

[News] North Korean teens exposed to South Korean dramas

More than half of North Korean teen defectors watched South Korean films and dramas when they were in the world's most reclusive nation, a recent survey showed Monday.

Yoon Sun-hee, a professor of journalism and mass communication at Hanyang University, questioned 144 students at Hangyeore Middle and High School, a special education facility set up in 2006 for young boys and girls who have defected, and found that 79 or 56 percent of them had seen South Korean movies and TV programs while in the North.

Pyongyang strictly bans its people from viewing South Korean entertainment to keep them from being "corrupted" by Western or capitalist culture.

The latest survey also confirmed that many North Koreans are exposed to the South's pop culture, known as "hallyu."

The professor admitted that though it was hard to generalize the result to a nationwide level, the outcome was surprising. "I could conjecture that the North is more open than expected," Yoon said.

She added that teenagers in North Korea have a defiant aspect and they tend to live their own way.

Among the students, 57 of them watched South Korean movies on DVD, 43 watched videotaped dramas, while the other 15 watched broadcasts on television.

However, the research did not say how the students had obtained the South Korean DVDs and videos or gained access to the broadcasts.

When asked how often they had seen South Korean films and broadcasts, 40 students said they could watch the programs whenever they wanted, and five saw them every day.

The other 21 teenagers said they had watched the programs once a month, six said once a year, while seven students were exposed to the South Korean material only once during their lifetime in the North.

Most respondents said they had enjoyed the entertainment though they had to watch it secretly, Yoon said.

[News] 2PM will wrap up the Wonder Girls’ American tour and return to Korea on the 17th

After being in the U.S. as opening acts for the Wonder Girls, 2PM is said to wrap up their appearances for the tour and return to Korea on the 17th. They attracted attention for revealing a music video for their song 'I Risk My Life' on the 10th.


In this video, behind-the-scenes shots of their music video filming, advertisement and album photoshoots were revealed, as well as their images in waiting rooms.

2PM members play with the camera

2PM members have recently fallen into the obsession of taking photographs.

On the 15th, Nichkhun revealed pictures of happy times spent in San Francisco through Twitter.

In the pictures, the 2PM members are in various poses such as spreading their legs so wide that it looks like their legs with break or lying down in the ground in a photographer like pose. To these pictures, Nichkhun commented, “What are you guys doing? Wanna become a professional photographer?”

Netizens commented, “I laughed looking at these various poses” and “Their playing selves are really cute,” showing interest towards the boys.

Meanwhile, 2PM have just finished their guest duties for the Wonder Girl’s June concert and are now planning for their first solo concert.

Idol group 2PM's member Taecyeon has become a leading role actor. Taecyeon recently finished KBS 2TV's 'Cinderella Sister' and debuted as an actor. Although there were a lot of people that felt cautious with his acting attempt and idol background, Taecyeon was able to successfully complete his acting debut. 

Ok Taecyeon transformed into an actor and was able to put to rest all of the voices of caution with his role in Cinderella Sister and earned favorable reviews with his acting skills, earning the nickname of 'Almighty Idol' by exceeding the expectations of viewers. 

With a successful home run under his belt with just his acting debut, Ok Taecyeon is currently the most sought after actor for leading roles in Chungmuro and other dramas.

Ok Taecyeon's agency, JYP Entertainment, met with Money Today Star News on the 15th and stated, "Ok Taecyeon has been receiving a waterfall of love calls from a lot of different projects after he finished Cinderella Sister. He's even received offers from famous top actors for a two top movie. He's had plenty of love calls before his acting debut but never as the leading role. Now, he's become the main character for everything." 

He went on to state, "2PM will be holding a concert at the end of July to August. We will be examining the scenarios that he received afterwards in order to choose his next project."

SNSD rakes in the money from star cards

Remember when SBS Contents Hub first announced the sale of popular girl group SNSD’s very own Star Collection Cards?

Well, apparently the cards are selling as fast as hot pancakes according to SBS Contents Hub because they have released 500,000 packs since its first sale last week. Star Cards are cards with special prints of stars in their various poses that have been previously unexposed to the public.

Therefore, the cards are considered valuable and since last December when SNSD and DBSK cards were first made available to the public, a surprising 1,300,000 packs were sold and more are going off the racks as we speak.

In order to keep up with this popularity, on the 7th SBS Contents Hub released a season 2 of these SNSD cards just in time for the World Cup. Furthermore, to increase the cheering spirit in hopes for Korea to pass 16th place in the World Cup finals, each of these packs contain a “red soshi” cheering card.

These cards can currently be purchased at G Market or through auctions at an auction site here, as perfect companions as you cheer on Korea at the World Cup.

Jokwon reveals JYPE's new girl group on Twitter

Group 2AM member Jokwon introduced JYP Entertainment's new girl group.

JoKwon put up a YouTube link of the new girl group with the written "JYPE NEW face! Coming soon" on his Twitter on the 15th.

In the video, the 3-woman girl group's name is Miss A, showing off a Chinese song called 'Love Again'.

Before, JYP Entertainment had said last April that they were about to show a 3-member girl group soon. At that time, a JYP official said, "It's a group with 2 Chinese members and 1 Korean member, which targets both Korean*Chinese activities."

Upon seeing the video, netizens are showing passionate reactions like "All three are pretty", "I want to meet them quickly.", and "That's a hot dance~ When is their debut?".

WGM's Nichkhun & Victoria finish their first date, "A mature idol couple"

MBC's variety program WGM's newest couple 2PM's Nichkhun and f(x)'s Victoria has been attracting much interest and attention. 

Nichkhun and Victoria will be added into the show by the end of this month and has recently finished their first meeting at the 63 building and a date at Hongdae. With news of the new couple's whereabouts, fans have been wondering what kind of couple they will become.

WGM's producer met with JoyNews24 and stated, "Nichkhun and Victoria finished their first filming. They weren't nervous at all and showed a bold attitude."

Normally known as the gentlemanly and 'Angel Khun' style on broadcasts, Nichkhun and Victoria are planning to show a side of them that viewers previously weren't able to see.

The producer went on to state, "Nichkhun showed a very manly image, unlike his usual cute image. Victoria actually showed a stronger side to herself, clearly differentiating between what she liked and disliked. Viewers can anticipate a fresh new image."

"You'll have to wait and see but they have a mature side to them that are different from other idol couples. Nichkhun and Victoria both spent time overseas so they're very independent, strong, and mature. They seem older than their age and instead of as idols, they give off the feel of two adults."

"With the addition of this new couple, they were able to give a welcome change to WGM and viewers will be able to see a variety of different things through these three couples."

T.O.P releases MV teaser for Turn It Up!

Not too long ago, Big Bang’s T.O.P released a teaser poster for his solo single Turn It Up. Now the sexy beast teases us further by unveiling a music video teaser!

The full length music video was screened during Big Show 2010 earlier this year in January. For those who could not attend, many fancams began surfacing all over the interwebz and even though it was low quality, fans became hyped up for T.O.P’s solo track.

It’s been a long time coming but the teaser is here and it’s sizzling hot–right in time for summer. The fierce rapper transformed into a luxurious and sexy beast for this song’s black and white concept. Check it out below!

The full length music video is scheduled to be released via music portal sites on the 21st. And although it pains to say it but it has been reported that T.O.P will not be pursuing live promotions. But things could change depending on circumstances.

Sandara Park(26) has the most refreshing vocal out of the four members of group 2NE1. While the other members pump up the party with black music with rhythm full of groove and stylish rap, she has thin and clear tone that is gentle most of the time. Because of this, initially the fans have said she is 'playing by herself,' but she has established herself as one who neutralized black music with pop music colors, and risen as unique member, bringing freshness to the group.

"At first music of our group was not the style of music that I liked. First of all there were many new genres that I haven't heard of. Leader CL gave me a lot of help, and I became used to it and comfortable with it. Now, I fallen in to black music so much that if there isn't a rap in the song, it almost feels awkward."

Mixing her own style into that new music has be made it even more refreshing. The process of understanding black music and projecting in her own was not easy, but it has put new courage and confidence in to her.

As many knows, Sandara Park has lived in Philippines since she was in 5th grade. From a young age, she was so shy that she could not talk to people that she met for the first time rather she could not even look at their face. "I couldn't even talk to my own classmates. I didn't speak English that well, I was lonely, and when I was gloomy and bored, my only companion to talk to was listening to music by myself secretly hiding in the room. In Philippines, it was easy to listen to recently released music from America; I don't think there was a day that I did not listen to music."

It was a 'shocking incident' when the shy girl who always curled up in the back in school festivals, the loner who had her head down when it was group sing along time went up on the school festival stage. Also, when she debuted, many people were surprised thinking 'how will a girl that couldn't even talk sing?' "I think songs that I was singing alone in the room were fill to my throat. It was time to spit it out, but I couldn't find a right place, so I went to the school stage where I was so afraid of. From then, I think I started to open up the passion that was in me."

'The Classic Pop Songs that she enjoyed listening to in her adolescence freshness of the present', the topic of This week's her'Musician's Choice' holds various meaning because it was her friend who comforted her in her most difficult days and the hero who made her who she is today. "Most people today grew up listening to black music, but I grew up listening to pop songs so I felt like I could show my uniqueness. These are my own classical pop songs that I frequently revisit when past thoughts occur or when I am excercising."

Even during the gap of albums, she is still busy. With commercial shootings, practices (vocal and choreography), and even Japanese studies, she has no time to read. But she says she still has so much she wants to do. "Singing is a given, and I been interested in acting or variety shows. Honestly, I don't think I have sense for variety shows, but I think it will be fun. When I saw Dae Sung(BIGBANG), I thought he had such good reaction to rapidly changing situations, I might as well as learn a bit from him. Ho ho.
