| Wonder Girls release a Behind the Scenes video of 2 Different Tears Posted: 08 Jun 2010 12:07 AM PDT Last week, we reported that Wonder Girls‘ leader Sunye released several BTS selcas of the group during the filming of their 2 Different Tears music video. However, more recently, the Wonder Girls uploaded an official BTS video onto their official Youtube channel! Although the pictures from last week were quite a sweet surprise for fans, I’m sure this video will delight the fans even more! This clip shows all the hard work the girls went through to put out an excellent music video. In addition, it shows some footage with the famed comedian Bobby Lee. Check out the video below!

Korea’s nationally-beloved family was recently seen dressed in crimson red to elevate the World Cup spirit, before the big game—Korea vs. Greece—this Saturday. The daddy of the crew, Sean has been keeping his fans updated on what his family was up to via Cyworld ever since the babies were born. Thanks to his constant update on his children, Haeum, Harang, and Hayul have become quite famous among netizens.

After the closing of SISTAR's debut on Music Bank, the group's member Soyu was reportedly seen crying her heart out immediately after stepping off the stage. Apparently, her road to fame was not a smooth one at all, but full of downfalls and hardships. It turns out that Soyu has actually been preparing to become a singer for a long period of time, and even had the chance to be part of 4minute. However, due to unknown reasons, she was rejected at the last minute, and was separated from 4minute's current members, continuing on her own journey. A related source revealed, "Through thick and thin, Soyu and 4minute were very close together during their trainee years. However, Soyu exited the group just a few days before 4minute made their debut. So I think she became emotional after getting a word of encouragement from her old friend HyunA." Heo GaYoon has injured her eyes recently during practice when a fashion accessory hit her in the eye. She visited the hospital and was told that she had injured the cornea of the eye. Even though she received treatment for the injury, she was required to wear sunglasses when she goes on her schedule. According to the 100% viewer's vote that chose the "BC Loung.G Popularity Award", Kim Junsu alone held an overwhelming 3505 votes out of the total 9526 votes, becoming number one in the male category. Compared to the second place winner Ryu Jung Han (449 votes) and the third place winner Hong Gwang Ho (352 votes), Junsu overtook them by 3000 votes. | Shin Se Kyung partners Song Kang Ho for Blue Salt Posted: 07 Jun 2010 09:47 PM PDT Actress Shin Se Kyung has finally confirmed her next project after High Kick Through The Roof, as it was revealed that she has taken up a movie role opposite Song Kang Ho. Shin Se Kyung will be starring in the movie, Blue Salt which is described as being a Film Noir genre and is directed by Lee Hyun Seung. The movie is about a retired mafia boss who comes face to face with a 20-year old sexy female assassin sent to kill him. Things start to take a twist as they start to develop feelings for each other in the process of killing/evading each other. It will be interesting to see how they can overcome their 23 years age difference in real life. The movie is produced by Studio-blue and will begin filming in July.

Photos have been circulating the internet and have netizens a-typing. So “Who are these photos of?”, “Where are they?”, and “What are they doing?”, you might ask. Who? Oh, you know, just some singers-SUJU’s Siwon, 2NE1’s Minzi, SNSD’s HyoYeon, YoonA, SooYoung, Tiffany, After School’s Bekah and JungAh, and kdrama actress Jung RyeoWon, and a few others. So where were all these celebs and what were they doing??! Before you jump to any hasty conclusions, have a little faith. Or a lot, in this case. The Korean celebrities were all at church. You, know worshiping.
In between various church events and activities, the famous faces decided to do what they do best (besides be good church-goers)- take pictures!
Netizens have been saying the darndest things online-such as, “The christianity gathering of the celebrities”, "I want to attend that church too", "Choi SiWon is a true church oppa", "With SNSD members in it, I will sign up as a member at the church immediately", "They do great things too" etc. So, be honest and come clean-would you go to church, temple, the mosque, etc. more frequently if there was a great likelihood that you would run into lots of your favorite celebs?!! Get ready for the invasion! The ‘First Invasion‘ mini-album showcase, that is. Since their variety show "You're My Oppa" just completed its run, Woollim Entertainment’s newcomer idol group INFINITE have been in full practice mode to prepare for a smashing debut. INFINITE will officially debut June 9th with an independent showcase in Seoul where fans will officially meet the boys for the first time. The lucky 250 fans who applied for the event will of course be invited and watch Infinite perform 3 songs off of their 1st mini-album. They’ll be performing in classic idol dance mode, of course, with a dash of acapella thrown in the mix. Because who doesn’t swoon over guys singing acapella? It’s practically a requirement. The MV to their debut song will also premier at the showcase. In the meantime, check out their teasers. They’ve definitely shed the boy-next-door image, and I like it. It has been told that Go So-Young, who is now 6 months pregnant, appeared in the streets of Hong university in Seoul for an interview with Y-Star Star News entertainment TV show. The producers of the show told that Go So-Young was very careful with her body for her unborn baby throughout the interview. No more details have been released and these subpar quality photos were all that were released from the news. However, it is good to see Go So-Young and she definitely looks amazing given that she is six months pregnant!

The drama has already been garnering attention already because it is starring TVXQ’s Yoochun. Her drama character Kim Yoon Hee is a determined girl who will fight for what she wants. She stands up for what is right and will definitely win over Yoochun’s character’s heart with her quirky persona. Park Min Young commented, “I know that people have high expectation for this character. I really wanted to do this project so I’m happy to be a part of it.” This looks like it’ll be fun!

U-know Yunho (DBSK) has been cast in the main character role of Prince Shin in the upcoming “Goong” musical. “Goong”, produced by Group Eight, is a musical based off of the popular manhwa of the same title. The manhwa also had a drama adaption in 2006, where Joo Ji-hoon played Yunho’s role, and another sequel, Goong S, the following year in 2007. Last year, Yunho debuted as an actor in the drama Heading to the Ground and now he will be debuting as a musical actor this coming September. A production official stated, “We have chosen U-Know Yunho as he is a very suitable casting for the crown prince role given his great dancing and vocal capabilities as well as his outstanding appearance.” Other casted stars include Lee Changhee, Jung Donghwa, Min Hyorin and Sooyoung’s (SNSD) older sister Choi Soojin. | f(x)’s Krystal apologizes to SNSD’s YoonA for taking her role Posted: 07 Jun 2010 08:55 PM PDT f(x)’s Krystal’s making quite a few apologies this week – after apologizing to the whole netizen body past this week for her rude attitude she’s shown on air, the girl made yet another apology to SNSD’s member YoonA, for taking her lead role for the music drama, Melody. Krystal had been recently cast for a role of a girl named Yoona, which YoonA of SNSD (the matching name is entirely coincidental) has originally been penciled in for. However, due to inevitable scheduling conflicts, YoonA had to bow out. The production team believed Krystal was an ideal replacement, with her unique style and feel. Many netizens also agreed, as they believed that Krystal shares many identical features with YoonA, both personality and appearance-wise.
After learning that she’s actually taken YoonA’s role, Krystal felt apologetic and expressed her feelings publicly for her senior. Music drama Melody has been written, produced, and directed by Oh Joon Sung, who is famous for being in charge of many successful dramas in the past like Boys Before Flowers, Prosecutor Princess, and Witch Yoohee. He praised Krystal’s performance by commenting, “Despite her young age, she’s professionally expressed the complex emotions the character has in the story.”

On Shindong and Park Gyuri’s Shim Shim Ta Pa’s bulletin board on their website, pictures of MBLAQ were uploaded from when they were guests. A couple of the pictures showed Lee Joon doing a split in the air. His legs made a very wide Y sign. Not only did it promote their song, but he looks pretty funny. Seungho stepped in to cover Lee Joon’s sensitive body part. I know Seungho was trying to help out Lee Joon but it looks a bit awkward and weird.

The final question selection was made on May 17th and the interview was conducted on May 20th 2010. [ASK CNBLUE] Can CNBLUE dance well? You can dance...right? 1. Yonghwa_I already showed you once. I can actually dance very well (laugh). But I won't show it to you guys! I can't show it! It's not fair if we can dance well on top of everything (laugh). 2. Jonghyun_I'm confident that I'll do well if I learn! 3. Yonghwa_ I learned how to dance when I was a trainee. When the instructor kept telling me I'm good at it, I really thought I was a good dancer. But I'm the best of the four members (other members agree) 4. Minhyuk_ yeah, he is atleast better than the rest of us. 5. Yonghwa_But we don't have the moves to show it off to people so we swore not to dance in public, but we ended up dancing on "We got Married." 6. (Q. Who are your celebrity friends? 1. Jonghyun_I have absolutely no one. 2. I'm kind of close with Jang Geun Suk and Hongki through "You are beautiful." and I met alot of sunbaes from doing alot of shows in a short period of time. I am close with Park Myung Soo, Lee Hwee Jae, and Yoo Sae Yoon...etc. 3. Jungshin_We just stay with eachother because we don't even really leave our waiting room. 4. Jongyun_Atleast last time, we shared a waiting room with 2am several times. So we atleast talk with them. I can't say we are close because if I do, they can say we are not. 5. While spending time with her, I learned that she is really caring. When I had my throat trouble, even though we didn't have WGM shoot, she packed me stuff thats good for the throat, vitamins and worried about me. 2. Minhyuk_I never thought about it. 3. Yonghwa_That's impossible. 4. Minhyuk_If was to do WGM, I think it would be more fun to have a surprise meeting with whoever the producers pair me up with. 5. Jonghyun_Ah yeah! I want to try like that too. I think that'll be alright. 6. Jungshin_hmm, I like that. [ASK CNBLUE] What do you do when you can't think of a note or words to a lyrics? 1. Yonghwa_Everyone is going to be different but I tend to erase everything I've written when I can't think well. Struggling with it messes everything up and I feel like I'm forcing myself. Even if I'm almost done with it, if I can't come up with the ending, then I erase the whole thing. 2. Yonghwa_Nightime is the best time to think of music. I like composing wihle listening to the sound of the rain with my windows opened on a rainy day. I began to like a rainy day at one moment, so when it looks like it's going to rain, I think that I'll write a good song. 3. Jonghyn_I tend to get inspired from all the moments in my daily life. And I like foreign dramas, and I write what I thought and felt after watching them into the lyrics. 4. Minhyuk_When I'm writing the lyrics, I tend to think of the lyrics to a song by looking out the window while we are driving in the van, and being alone late at night helps me concentrate better. [ASK CNBLUE] Do CNBLUE have stage frights? Tell us one person at a time 1. Jonghyun_I have lyics fright. Once, we did a special stage with Kim Jang Hoon. That time we were running on one hour of sleep everyday, so my head was a blank sheet of paper. So I completely forgot the lyrics. 2. Jonghyun_But I'm so sorry and thankful to Kim Jang Hoon, because Kim Jang Hoon did an interview the next day, and he spoke about us in a positive light. 3. Minhyuk_Everyone would be nervous but I'm one of the people who are more nervous than normal. My heart beats like crazy before I take the stage. 4. Minhyuk_It gets a little better if I get up on stage and take some time following the tune...but I think it only works if I am enjoying that mood. 5. (Q. Jonghyun_Japanese fans are very forward, I guess from attending many concerts. Korean fans are more shy. [ASK CNBLUE] I think that there is a difference working in Korea and in Japan. What are the positives and negatives? 1. Minhyuk_The biggest difference is, I think I was more comfortable doing concerts in Japan. It was comfortable performing on stage without camera. 2. Jonghyun_We performed for concerts in Japan while we did it for broadcast in Korea. We plan to do for concerts in Korea too from now. 3. Yonghwa_Our music is more for manias in Japan but more for the general public in Korea. [ASK CNBLUE] You haven't done a concert in Korea yet. But when you do, what songs do you want to cover? 1. Yonghwa_On July 31st, we will perform at Melon Ax. 2. Jungshin_We have alot of songs just with all the songs from our Japanese albums so we are not sure if we can handle making special stage with other songs. 3. Jonghyun_Before, we wondered about what songs to perform when we have our own concert but now, there are still many songs that we want to do for Korean fans so we think we'll just do our songs. 4. 'Belittling remarks about Korea' and the Entertainment's claim of 'a serious personal problem' brought about the withdrawal of ex 2PM member Park Jaebum who congratulated Rain's award on America's 'MTV Movie Awards'. The question is whether a congratulatory message from merely an individual to another individual is worth being an article in the news. As if the internet is stealing from a news report in one press company, the headlines "Park Jaebum, sends his congratulatory message to Rain" poured out readily. If one looks at the subject of the articles, they are all similar merely talking about Singer Park Jaebum's congratulatory message to Rain for winning an award at 'MTV Movie Awards'. Does this mean his influence is powerful in this country's entertainment industry? Is the fact that the news are looking at what he writes constantly and the way that they report the news prove his current position in Korea's entertainment industry? On the afternoon of the 7th, Jaebum on his personal twitter left a message reading "Rain hyung congratulations! much respect to rain for getting the award at the MTV movie awards~". This message was immediately reported by many press companies in the country. They write news that the readers are curious about and those that cause interest so instead of using their business skills to attempt to receive clicks with relevant articles, they steal every last detail from other articles making the press companies look pathetic. Many people still have not fully gotten over Park Jaebum's withdrawal from 2PM so they are waiting for Park Jaebum's explanation. In the situation that these areas still have not been cleared up, I still do not know why the press has followed his every move after leaving Korea as if Jaebum is the honorary ambassador and why they write lame articles. If the press is making a big deal out of these trivial topics in order to reflect Jaebum's popularity, shouldn't Jaebum have some sort of explanation to the fans that support him?
