On the latest episode of KBS 2TV Happy Together, Lee Hyori was claimed as a bad girl who plays with a person's feelings! How did the witty and bubbly Lee Hyori became a bad girl? During the episode, Yoo JaeSuk claimed that Lee Hyori is a bad girl who always ignores his text messages. Yoo Jaesuk explained that he sent an encouragement text to her for her comeback saying, "Your album sounds good". However he did not receive any reply from Hyori and he was disappointed. Hyori defended herself, “When he says that he watched [my performance] well, then I assume he watched it well, and when he tells me to do my best, I do my best.” Yoo JaeSuk also revealed that Hyori always ignore text messages from the 'elder group' in Family Outing Season 1 except for Kim SooRo. Yoo JaeSuk complained, “Whenever Yoon JongShin or I text her, she doesn’t reply." Lee Hyori said that she has no choice but to reply to Kim SooRo since he is the sulky big boy. Yoo JaeSuk caused laughter when he quickly added, “When I try to cut ties [with Lee HyoRi], she replies." It’s regular for albums to include thank you messages from singers, but Shindong’s thank you message found in Super Junior’s Volume 4 – Bonamana was written in a strange code… B2B8, B4B9, B3A8, A Korean ELF member was able to decipher the code as follows: A is the first row of the keyboard (Q -> P), B is the second row (A -> L), and C is the third row (Z -> M). The number that is next to the letter is the key in that row. The code then translates to this in Korean; ?, ?, ? and further translated into English is, “Nari, let’s get married. This is a proposal, I’ll love you forever.” SM Entertainment further confirmed the message, stating that Shindong is in love and is dating a girl who isn’t a celebrity. An earlier scandal with Shindong involved a girl with the initials “NR” and pictures were uploaded onto the Internet, although representatives of Super Junior dismissed the photos as photoshopped images. Lee Joon talked about how Rain would walk into their practice room all happy, but after watching MBLAQ rehearse, he would leave disappointed and upset. He then said that Rain asked MBLAQ to be more comfortable around him and ask to go out for food. So one day, Lee Joon, in a cute manner, asked to go out and eat chicken. Rain replied, “Oh really? Well, let me watch you practice first.” After they performed in front of him Rain, in a furious tone, asked, “You want chicken after performing like that?!” Rain then took out a 50000WON bill and said to MBLAQ, “Do you want this?”. MBLAQ, of course, answered “yes”. This part of the story cracked up fellow guest Lee Hyori, but made Rain very embarrassed. Lee Joon continued on with his story, “He then crumpled it up and asked us if we wanted it. We said yes. Then he stepped on it and asked us if we wanted it. We said yes. He then said to us that the bill’s value never changed. To this day, we never understood what that had to do with anything.” Rain then went on to explain himself, even though it didn’t make up for his embarrassing story. Rain said, “I was never angry. Joon just wants to make people laugh so he tries really hard. Joon, you can’t do that. See me in the practice room.” You dunnit now, Joon! It is now certain that Girls’ Generations’ Sunny and Yuri will not be showing up in Yuchi-Ri for the filming of KBS 2TV’s Invincible Youth from June onwards. Regarding the replacements, auditions are being carried out at the moment among girl groups to choose the new G7 members. The staff also confirmed that the rumor about Seonhwa from the group Secret leaving G7 is not true. KBS Invincible Youth lovers will definitely miss Yuri’s dorkiness and Sunny’s aegyo and her bond with fellow G7 members such as Hyomin, HyunA and Hara. | BoA, Yunho and Changmin meet James Cameron Posted: 13 May 2010 09:26 PM PDT Possible fanfic based on picture above? Award winning and Avatar director, James Cameron was recently in Korea to talk about 3D content creation and after addressing the media yesterday, he met up with SM Entertainment’s Lee Soo Man and artists like BoA, TVXQ’s Yunho and Changmin in another event to announce their 3D collaboration on the 14th. This event was particularly anticipated by fans of BoA as it was her first official public appearance in Korea for more than a year since the 2008 SBS Gayo Daejun. It was announced that this will be a 3-way collaboration between Cameron, SM Entertainment and Samsung. Cameron and the production crew of Avatar will film various SM Entertainment concerts and music videos in 3D while Samsung will in turn display the footage through their 3DTV's in stores. BoA, Yunho and Changmin all expressed their delight in producing new content with 3D technology while Lee Soo Man said that this might have been a dream in the past, but 3D is now the future and is looking forward to embracing this.

In this issue, 2PM let loose their charisma and shed their beastly images to allow their lovable sides to shine through, turning them into flower beasts. The concept was “2PM’s Fun Picnic and Water Play,” and they sure made it look like they were having a ball, or rather a beach. They didn’t look like idols at a photoshoot; they looked like average 20-something-year-old men having fun. In their topless photos where they wore just jeans, they showed off a vivacious attitude yet at the same time showed off a healthy sexiness. 2PM’s photo spread for Calvin Klein will be released sometime in May.

| [NEWS] In the place of 2PM’s shabby success, only a trophy is left Posted: 13 May 2010 08:59 PM PDT  In the place of 2PM’s shabby success, only a trophy is left. 2PM has won the triple crown with ‘Without U’ on Mnet’s M-Countdown with a win for 3 weeks in a row. They are also still on the list of potential artists to take #1 on Music Bank tonight. Counting just their trophies, it is most definitely a success and a superb result. By just looking at this situation, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the winner of May is 2PM. However, to raise their hands as the victors leaves a bad feeling in one’s mouth. I do not plan on blaming the music programs as they have most likely applied the same rules to other artists as they did to 2PM. There was always much controversy surrounding Mnet’s uncountable ranking decisions but it is not appropriate to tell an artist that they did not deserve an award when they have already received a trophy. The blame must be placed on the standards, not the artist or their fans. The problem here is not whether 2PM took first place or not. 2PM was once a high profile group. Each of their members had their own fan base and were at the height of their fame as rare beastly idols. 2PM filled the empty spaces of DBSK and Big Bang. With their continuous CF recordings, the members entered active personal activities and were able to earn even more success and popularity. However, what was the engine behind their sudden burst of success with their latest promotions? Or is it merely just the result of their ’stacked’ popularity? Their ‘Heartbeat’ promotions were able to confirm their role as the beastly males of the industry and Ok Taecyeon became the clear ace of the group. Although it was a short period of promotions, the lyrics to ‘Tired of Waiting’ earned the clear support of their fans with lyrics in reference to Park Jaebum, giving hope to the future. But what did their recent round of promotions mean to 2PM? With Park Jaebum’s termination, this was the most important time for 2PM, but what have they earned? It’s an obvious answer to a rhetorical question. 2PM has been trying to tell the mass public and the fans that they have left that even though their fandom has left them due to the Park Jaebum controversy, they are still receiving enough love and support to win. However, the strengths of their songs are weak in comparison to their previous releases and they failed to incorporate any unique acrobatic moves, a staple of their group, into their performances. They also failed to show an improved, advanced image of the members. The only thing that their winning means to them is that they are able to show off to the public that they were able to grab hold of a trophy with the Hottests that they have left. This is why their win looks shabby and distressed. Instead of treating the wounds of the fans have left them, they stated that they will be better off without them and are instead listening only to the support and screams of their remaining fans. Their win is not joyous. Instead of looking for that larger piece of fruit or dreaming of becoming a bigger trend, the six young members of 2PM and JYP have chosen instead to be satisfied with their current fanbase and have found happiness in their shabby win. But are you saying that it is still a #1 win? Yes, that is true. The number of trophies will never disappear. But will they be able to become the #1 male group that they once were last year? If they truly wish and dream of that position again, they must stop saying words of such contempt such as, “We’re better without you.” They must instead reach out their hand back to the fans that loved them the most, thought of them as the most precious, but had no choice but to leave them. They stand in a line that separates between love and hate, but the difference is only paper thin. However, that paper thin difference brought about so much pain and wounds to the hearts of their fans. 2PM’s future will be uncertain if they choose to forget those fans as they are drunk with success. 2PM does not exist for the amount of trophies they hold. They are singers that must live on with the love of their fans. May be taken out with full credits. You are not allowed add yourself to the credits nor edit the credits.  No related posts.

Newly debuted artist Seo InGook, who recently released his first mini-album Just Beginning, and soon-to-be T-Max member Joo ChanYang have been attracting some fierce comparisons. The two not only rose to fame on the hit show Superstar K, on the same season, but they both have lost 15kg in anticipation for their comebacks. Joo ChanYang’s addition to T-Max was announced a few days ago, and it’s just been released that he was vigorously working out in preparation for his debut. A newly released photo of him shows a completely different appearance to his chubby look on Superstar K. While possessing some of the most talented vocals in the business, Joo ChanYang’s appearance had always been his downfall. In fact, his exterior was the most recurring reason for his rejections at auditions. Joo ChanYang’s agency, Planet 905, commented, “In order to earn recognition for his abilities, he’s put a lot of effort into it working hard. His weight loss of 15kg was due to his intense efforts. From now on, everyone will fall into the charms of his talent and appearance.” Seo InGook, on the other hand, drew criticism of plastic surgery after his drastic weight loss. He also lost 15kg in order to give off a better stage presence during his album promotions. Recently the 'Nation MC' Yoo JaeSuk topped an online poll beating Rain and Kang HoDong as a potential mayor. From May 7th until 13th, the music site Monkey3 opened a poll for its 925 members with the question, “Which celebrity would win if they ran for Mayor of Seoul?” With 627 votes (68%), Yoo JaeSuk won the first spot. Apparently the reason for the choice is because of Yoo JaeSuk's smooth leadership skill along with his modest and proper image. Rain sat at the second spot with 105 votes (11%) followed by Kang HoDong with 75 votes (8%). Lee HyoRi beats other female celebrities by winning 56 votes (6%). | Yuri and Sunny are off Invincible Youth Posted: 13 May 2010 08:29 PM PDT As the news broke that 1 – 2 members would be leaving Invincible Youth earlier this week, there were mounting speculation among fans that SNSD’s Yuri and Sunny were the likely ones to be leaving the show. And it looks like they were right. A production staff confirmed the news on the 14th, “Yuri and Sunny will be leaving the show in June. The reasons being that they are entering the Japanese market and also need to prepare for their Asia concert tour.” He added, “We are still currently auditioning among girl group members to take over their spots in the show.” As for the newest speculation among fans that 4minute’s Hyuna would be leaving too, he said, “There’s no truth in that.” In a separate news report, PD Kim Ho Sang refused to acknowledge the claims made by the staff and said nothing was confirmed as yet. They only recently celebrated Kim Tae Woo’s birthday. So sad it’s breaking up.

On the most recent recording of the show, Seohyun gave her “husband” a thoughtful gift, an antibiotic made of natural bee honey. Since Yonghwa is still recovering from his vocal nodules, the gift will make his throat recover much faster. Despite still serving in the army (but to be released this year), Eric still forked out time to watch them train for the past two years, become their producer and even raps for them in their title track. The members of Honey Dew are Kim Yi Seul and Cho Yeong Dwen, aged 21 and 20 respectively. And it looks like they are heading down the same route as Davichi. | BEAST and Shin Se Kyung shoot BBQ Chicken CF Posted: 13 May 2010 07:56 PM PDT Idol group BEAST and rising actress Shin Se Kyung got together for a chicken CF. After Wonder Girls, Shin Se Kyung and BEAST became the new models for BBQ Chicken. On the 7th and the 11th, the models finished filming the CF where the main concept was that of “Picnicking.” Their recent filming site and pictures can be found at the official BBQ Chicken homepage. In these pictures, BEAST member Yoseob became the subject of interest among netizens as he appeared to keep doing something else instead of concentration on the shoot. Netizens commented, “Yoseob! Let’s concentrate!”, “He keeps doing something else like a baby…His face grows on you the more you look at him,” and “He really looks like a child at a picnic who is tired after playing all day.” Aside from Yoseob, other members showed expressions that really appeared as if they were excited to be at a picnic. Shin Se Kyung depicted her usual innocent and charismatic self while she was surrounded by all the BEAST members. Meanwhile, BBQ Chicken will reveal these stars’ behind-the-scenes stories for this filming shoot through their official promotional Twitter page.
